Coming up January 19th is the Car Club’s annual AGM.
The meeting starts at the regular time of 7:30 p.m. at the Royal Alberta Museum
This is the only club meeting in the year in which we do business, unless specially called.
The Executive will give their annual reports and then the meeting is turned over to the Returning Officer for the election of the new Executive.
All positions are open for election should any member wish to run. Many of the current Executive are willing to run for office again but we do have openings for Treasurer and Events and Meeting Coordinators. The more the merrier we always say. Nominations can take place by contacting the Returning Officer Bob Woodcock prior to the meeting or from the floor. Bob’s contact information is in the Open Road in both the December and January/February issues.
